Brand Maintenance hours can be used edit, revise, update or create new content on existing pages based on.  It may also be used to provide consultation service for any projects that impact the ‘Client’ brand, website and/or other related projects.  Established hours may be used to offer advice and guidance on brand management.

The following services are features of Brand Maintenance Contract that are not deducted from your Brand Maintenance hours;

Ivibe will build, manage, and report website statistics including goal conversion rates via Google Analytics.  All established website goals will be continually monitored, managed, and reported on by Ivibe.  Furthermore, Ivibe will propose reactive tactics to remain within proposed goal margins.  These reports will be distributed on a monthly basis via email.

Brand Alerts of where and how you’re being discussed and referenced within other areas of new media.  These will be distributed via email as they occur.

Provide disaster recovery from backup by maintaining a current file library of all Ivibe created assets, graphics, and source code for ‘Client’ website.
